Jurassic Park 4? I think I’m in love!
The dinosaurs in JP4 will have guns. The article I’m linking to hates that idea… but tell me… what’s not to love about that!
I have always been a huge fan of JP–except for 2… it’s okay… but 3 was more true to the original concept–so anything that gives me another trip to another forgotten island with giant unhindered hungry dinos is right up my ally.
BloodyDisgusting reports that Universal Pictures has begun casting for Jurassic Park IV. Apparently the new film involves dinosaurs which have been outfitted with weapons by the US government (presumably for battle purposes).
No, I’m sure the dinos are NOT using the weapons for battle purposes. It’s probably just because they just weren’t quite deadly-looking enough with only those giant teeth, claws and crushing feet.
I know what the author is trying to say. I prefer sequels that make the series better (he cites Toy Story II and Aliens over Superman II and Jaws) as well, but sometimes you just have to love the absurdity… embrace it. Enjoy it with a bowl of microwave popcorn and a few friends at 3am when everything is redicously funny anyway.
So as for me and my house… I can’t wait till JP5, when the dinos will surely transform into robots (presumably for battle purposes) and take over the world!

Bring on the Cooper Indians, I might have too see this movie just so that I can complain about it. After all I have all ready seen most of the other ones so why not?
ya know, they’ve been getting progressively worse…part 2 wasnt bad but after reading the novel your like “lawlz this sux”, i wonder if michael crichton has even talked to the producers xD because part 2 wouldve been the best film in the world if they had stuck somewhat to the novel…
Book two was very good.
