Though it may take a little getting used to for you regular visitors, I’m very pleased with the new look that nlcast.com is sporting now. I’ve been looking for a couple of months now for a way to modify the former theme with plug-ins or hacks to add the functionality that comes with this theme by default.
The best feature is the special place at the top for the latest podcast. No matter how many posts I add, the latest podcast will always be featured at the top till the next show is added. This is key for new visitors who know nothing about us or even for those who have been referred by other listeners. Before podcast posts were driven down by regular posts and ‘lost’ way down the page.
