Today Is NLCast’s 2nd Birthday!

turning-2It was on this day back in 2006 that David and I first recorded and released Episode 1 of Nobody’s Listening.

A lot has changed from those early days. David’s moved on. The Recap Song is gone as well. We’ve coined a few phrases and redefined at least one existing one. We’ve alienated Europe, Norway and Canada… and ugly redneck women with beer buzzes.

Now we’ve got a Canadian co-host. LBB’s and more drama than anyone but a Middle Schooler could handle.

Thanks to all of you, the (not) listeners, who helped make a silly idea for a show one of the most rewarding hobbies I’ve ever had.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, “We’re not the best podcast in the world… but we have the best audience in the world!”

    Congrats James! I don’t contribute much but I’ve been listening since episode 6 and I absolutely love the show. I hope it keeps going and there are many more birthdays to come. [I do wish the recap song would make a reappearance though =)]
